Terms and conditions for the Portraits365.com website:

1. Terms and Conditions: These are the terms and conditions of our agreement which apply to all purchases of products by you from Portraits365 via this web site and you should read them carefully. Terms may alter if necessary and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.

2. Order: You can place an order for products to Portraits365 by completing the details required on the order form that was supplied to you or alternately download a new one from the website. All prices are priced in £UK Sterling and include VAT.

3. Acceptance of order: the completion of the contract between you and Portraits365 will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered, unless you are notified that we do not accept your order. It is important that you provide an accurate and valid email address in order that we are able to contact you and so that we are able to accept your order. If your order is not accepted for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies), your order will be cancelled and we will email you to advise you of the changes. You will then need to resubmit your order.

4. Delivery: We make every effort to despatch within five working days of your order being placed. Unless we state otherwise, your order will be delivered to you via Royal Mail post. In some circumstances we may decide, at our discretion and expense, that posting parts of your order separately is referable. Inwhich case you may receive your total order over a few days and not in one package.

5. Payment: Please either pay by cash or cheque placed in the supplied order envelope and delivered back to your school wherethe photographs were taken.

6. Returns: If you are not satisfied with a Portraits365 product you can return the packaging with contents for a full refund at any time up to 14 days from the date you received it. Please either return the products to the school, or by post to Portraits365, Ground Floor, 1 Northfield, Church Lane, Albury, Guildford, Surrey, GU5 9AN.

We will replace products free of charge or refund to you the price of the products by way of a cheque to the value paid. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, under English Law.

7. Emails: All emails to you will be forwarded to the address you specify to us. It is important that you provide an accurate and valid email address otherwise we will be unable to accept your order. You must also ensure that if this address changes between submitting your order and delivery of the products by us to you, you advise us of the new address. We will not be responsible for failure to perform under this agreement where such failure is attributable to a change of address.

8. Complaints: If you have any complaints or comments about our web site or any of the products or services supplied or provided to you, please email us at enquiries@portraits365.com

9. General: We will not be liable to you for any breach of our agreement, for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to acts of God, civil commotion, industrial action, riots, floods, drought, fire, legislation or other cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights. If we choose not to enforce a right under our agreement, that decision will not prevent us from enforcing other rights, or the same right on a later occasion. Our agreement will be governed by English law and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by English Courts.

10. Privacy: We take your privacy very seriously and will treat all of your personal information in accordance with all applicable data protection laws in the UK. Please read our privacy statement located at the foot of every screen within the website.
